Scot's Bio

Born in 1957 and raised by parents Harold R. Bryant and Lois G. Bryant in Alexandria, Virginia.  Graduated from Thomas A. Edison High School in 1975.  Attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (V.P.I)/(Va. Tech), Northern Virginia Community College (N.V.C.C.) and George Mason University (G.M.U.) while majoring in Business Administration.  Married childhood sweetheart, Vickie Lee Tiller, in 1979.  Daughter, Lauren, was born in 1984 and son, Kyle, was born in 1987.

Professionally, employed in various accounting/business management, information technology and marketing positions ranging in titles from Assistant to Controller, Controller, Accounting Manager, Chief Accountant, Information Systems Manager, Director of Business Development and Director of Information Technology in three different private and not-for-profit organizations since 1980.  A two and a half year stint was included during that period successfully self-employed as an independent systems consultant.

As for avocations, has enjoyed the innumerable blessings of fatherhood, coaching youth league baseball for nine seasons, preparing both spicy and sweet concoctions for family and friends in the kitchen and growing-up with Vickie, the most wonderful person in the world.
